Our regular support hours during the workweek are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Our offices are closed on Sundays.
Although our offices will be closed on holidays, we encourage you to send us an email for any help or support needed during these times. We assure you that we will make every effort to address your queries within 4-6 hours during holidays.
